This is for those ready for the journey to find themselves.  This is about you, enabling yourself to find that stillness within, that centre of being, creativity, and knowing; that escape from the hustle and bustle, the distractions in life that sap our energy and creativity and can overwhelm at times.  An opportunity to be still within and get balance again.  Yes, Be Still

   Some people who have contemplated on these pictures have reported various effects, such as to find inspiration, enable creativity, find a relaxed state of mind among other things, and some other subtle changes, even after a few short minutes.  See how do you feel, after a few minutes

   To Contemplate/Meditate first select a picture HERE that feels right for you at that moment, then click on it for a larger picture,  do not analyse just gaze gently, randomly at them, don’t think about trying to understand them, just let your gaze drift around any area that grabs your interest. Basically just gaze at the pictures while daydreaming

   How long for?  Whatever feels right for you, could be thirty seconds, could be three minutes or ten minutes.  It is recommended that no more that 20 minutes contemplation at any one time for most people, but find what is comfortable for you


Can be viewed close up or, as I often prefer if I am using a computer or laptop about five feet away
